The founder of this project, Don Rafa, is originally from Veracruz and has been fishing and sailing since he was young. His connection to the ocean runs deep. Over 30 years ago, he arrived in Cancún, where he started as a sailor. Thanks to his hard work, passion, and dedication, he is now the captain of several boats.
He started a family here, formed lasting friendships, and earned the trust of travelers from Mexico and abroad who return every year to enjoy the Isla Mujeres tour with us.
